To troubleshoot Dekho when activities are not functioning as promised or as expected, please examine the debugging messages that are logged by the various Dekho components. The most useful place to start is the Dekho server log, access various log file filters outputs from the Diagnostics form in the Administration Client. Issues unrelated to Dekho server may be logged against ArcGIS Server; access the ArcGIS Server log using the ArcGIS Server Manager interface.
