Pre-Authentication Troubleshooting

When using TOMCAT pre-authentication, be sure to select pre-authentication first in the Dekho Administrator Client and then stop the TOMCAT server, configure pre-authentication related settings and then restart TOMCAT. Otherwise Dekho application will not start properly.

When switching from TOMCAT pre-authentication mode to some other authentication mode, first change the authentication method to the desired method in the Dekho Administrator Client and then stop the TOMCAT server, remove pre-authentication related settings and restart TOMCAT. This is important as Dekho may not function properly with TOMCAT in pre-authentication mode and Dekho configured to use a different authentication method.
